If you have a felony record can you join the military?

Well there really aint a way you can request a waiver but if there was anyway for you to get in you would have a horrible MOS
 
Ryan has got the gist of it. Also, the only branch who MIGHT accept those crimes is the Army. I know the Air Force would not, and I doubt the Navy would either. The Marines, I'm not too sure on. Also, like Ryan said, your job options would be incredibly diminished, so yeah...painter or cook.
 
yes, but you wont get a clearence, so if your job/rate/mos requires a clearence, say good bye to that...

basically ull be limited to
COOK/PAINTER in the Navy
Infantry Man in Army or Marine Corps
and...ehh not much in the airforce

also being a COOK/CS in the Navy is badass no bs, you get the most respect from everyone on the ship, cause they all want the hook up, plus the hours arent long,
