If you have a 2008 or 2009 Honda Accord please help?

I just purchased the car yesterday. I'm having issues with the master key (maybe) When I press the unlock bottom once it unlocks the drivers door twice the passengers but if I hold it down the window rolls down.

Is that normal? I tried pushing it down again to see if it rolls back up and I tried holding down the lock bottom to see if it goes up but no.
 
That's a normal feature for Honda and Acura. Push unlock once for the driver's door, twice for all doors, hold for 3 seconds for all the windows to go down. The windows should go up, but you have to do the opposite. Lock (push once), alarm (push twice) and hold for 3 seconds. The windows should all go up.
