I would buy it from Nokia USA and use a American Express credit card. They will extend the warranty to 2 years. (you'll probably won't use it because you would have already upgraded at least 1 time in those 2 years )
At that pace they should be sending you back an N93i. That's terrible imo. I would go with imports a they must provide good CS to stay in the game. Nokia is Nokia.
