...dirt cheap, would you do it? Here's the thing. I have been visiting my local Salvation Army store for the past week, and I have noticed a number of older TV sets (the big, boxy kind, not the newer LCD types), and I have noticed that they're pretty cheap. They are sold as-is, with no warranty and likely no return. Many of them are bigger that 32 inches diagonal, and sell for under $100. Given the situation, and my low budget (I'm a bagger at a supermarket), do you think it would be worthwhile? Some of them have no remotes, but I think I can get a One-4-All universal that would replace pretty much all of the original on-screen functions. Would it be worth it?
