If you go to the hospital with a head injury will you need a blood test?

If slip and hit your head to the point of definitely needing stitches, will the doctors ask questions as to why you fell or take a blood sample? Or am I over-thinking this?
 
yes, they are going to ask why you fell. They may take blood for some things. If you were stoned or drunk when you fell, they may figure it out, but they would have to specifically test the blood for those things. Please stop abusing yourself with drugs and alcohol if that is what you are reallly asking...
