No. Not unless you show some reason that the officer should bring you to the station, felony like, and run a background check on you from your other state. It would also be a matter of them then weighing whether to hold you, for the benefit of Wyoming.
If it ever got to this point, however, your bigger problem would be being held by Nebraska, not Wyoming. Because, again, it would most likely be a felony they would be holding you for in Nebraska.
