...you still play college sports? If you graduate from high school, and then get a job for two years before you start college, are you still eligible to play sports in college? Do you have less years of elegibility because of this?
 
No, the job will not affect your eligibility. You would still enter college as a freshman and have the full four years of eligibility. The question is whether you can maintain your athletic ability at the same level if you aren't participating in your sport. If you worked and participated in an amateur athetic club or league, it shouldn't affect your eligibility, either.
 
Hm. I'm not sure. We have a lot of Mormons around here who get recruited to BYU. However, they go on missions for two years right out of college. So everyone on their football team is, like, 24 to 26. Ha. But that's because it's BYU and it's expected of their students.
