If you feed your dog a raw diet, can you give it cooked food occasionally?

I know you shouldn't give cooked boned but if I gave it a raw diet once or twice a week can I give it a cooked chicken broth? or something similar or will it upset the digestive system?
Im planning on doing Raw but I thought once a week hot food might be nice
