i hear a rumour that if your breasts jiggle, they will get smaller. other than the fact that doing cardio will make you lose weight overall, which means your breasts will probably become smaller, does a lot of movement in the breast area alone do anything to contribute a size reduction?
if you exercise without a bra will your breasts get smaller?
