If you don't eat for a full week?

That is really bad for your health! Don't even try it, you will lose weight, but in such an unhealthy way. But if you wanna risk dying go for it! Lose weight the healthy way, dieting and running!

depends on how active u are, muscles also, since the more active u are, and the more muscle you have, the more calories u use up a day. Some people also have naturally higher metabolism. hard to say, i'd say i'd probably lose maybe 8 pounds, for 150 pounds of mass and a medium metabolism.

It depends on how much water you drink. If someone is going to do this, not that you would, but if they did, they would have to drink at least 6 - 8 full glasses of water, they would also need a minimum of a daily multivitamin and they are going to be weak. It' not all that normal, it's kind of like going on a fast. Some religious people do it to take time out to read or pray or meditate or what ever. But the weight loss is usually apx 10 -12 lbs, however if your a female and having your period your weight loss will be apx 8 -10 lbs. Now, here is the catch. Once you come off the fast, or diet should we call it. You WILL gain all the weight right back. To be consistent with weight loss you need to eat 6 small meals a day. drink 6 - 8 glasses of water a day, take a multivitamin and exercise, such as 1/2 hour walking, or biking or some form of physical activity. This will lose 1 - 2 lbs a week and will be permanent weight loss. Not eating for a full week is very dangerous, will make you weak, can throw off your sleeping pattern, and cause mental problems for you. There is no easy way to do it except a little at a time. Good Luck:) Not that your planning to do it, but if it was a miracle cure for just going without food to lose weight, we would all do it. However, it doesn't work and eventually, you will die without food. It's best to cut down to 1 meal a day and lots of water. Take the one meal and divide into 6 small portions, than eat a portion of it six times through the day. You will lose almost as much weight as not eating at all. And it will be healthy weight loss.

you'll lose all your water weight, but not any fat. then your body will go hungry and start feeding off of itself, which is not a good thing. thus, your muscles will deteriorate to the point of no return, your body will shut down, and you will eventually die....but not in the first week though!! the first week would just be the starting point of this.
