If you could only eat at ONE Las Vegas restaurant...which one would it be?

DO NOT answer this if you have never been to Vegas! I can't stand spending good money for crappy food. Help me to choose as I'm heading out there the first week of May. We plan on eating at both buffets as well as sit down restaurants. Many thanks for your help!
 
I would never ever miss the Breakfast at the Mirage! This is the best breakfast in the whole world. They serve breakfast from different international locations, and whether you want smoked salmon from scandinavia, frittata from italy, huevo rancheros from mexico or just a good ol' omelette with the ingredients you pick.......there is so much more...its fantastic!

If you do not shy to spend money, the Restaurant in the Paris, Paris hotel with a patio overlooking the watersymphony of the Bellagio is a dream. We paid almost $130 for 2 people, but it sure is not something I ever will forget.

Now i wanna go to Vegas.....:-)
