I have AT LEAST FOUR couples. AT LEAST.

BUT.... Since we HAVE to choose...

I just have to go with Brooke and Lucas. I really, truly, want them to find their way back to each other.
 
I think if I had to choose only one couple to be together it would have to be Pacey and Joey from Dawson's Creek. There was just such a spark between them. I loved how they bantered back and forth and how they never claimed to be the perfect couple. They had to fight really hard for their love and they managed to find each other time and time again. Another great thing I loved about them was how their friendship stayed strong for the most part even when they were not romatically involved and how much they geniunely seemed to want the other one to be happy.

Dan and Karen (OTH) because they had THE most amazing chemistry I've ever seen and although they ended tragically, they still had 4 seasons of great scenes.
 
Mine would be Max and Liz from Roswell. Granted I know they did end up together eventually but it only happened after three years of pain and hardships.

So probably I would have wanted them to remain like themselves in Season 1 and yet found their way back to each other eventually.

God it's so hard to pick ONE...
but Harry/Draco.

They're my favourite ship of all the ones I ship and they're just so damn perfect for eachother. I know JK doesn't like slash, but I don't give a flying fu*k because I adore them to pieces!

I'd say Chuck/Blair, but the writers love them together so it will probably go that route, and I'd say Harry/Hermione, but at least I can (sort of, maybe? :flowers:) accept their fate... so it has to be Jackie/Hyde. :evil: The one couple you think had to end up together but didn't, and all because one actor decided he was better than everyone. Granted, the writers could have fired him, but still. They can preach to me that Jackie and Fez have this supposed magic connection (over women's footwear... seriously :rolleyes:) all they want. It's not going to change that Jackie belonged with Hyde.
 
Pacey and Joey...why? Because they truly love eachother. Pacey only wanted Joey to be happy and Joey only wanted Pacey to be happy. I guess that's why the ended up together, bc they were THAT person for eachother.

A tie between George and Izzie and Ryan and Marissa, but since Gizzie is still possible, I pick them. I have never loved a couple more in my life and I have shipped hundreds and hundreds of couples.
 
Ok, time to answer my own question.

There are many couples that i adore, so this is a tough choice, but in the end there can only be one. My beloved Cordy and Angel from Angel.

I chose them for several reasons.

  • They were, and still are, my main ship. C/A were the first couple that i ever shipped seriously. They were the pair that got me in to 'shipping in the first place so i'll always adore them.

    Right from the very first time i saw them on screen together something just grabbed me about them. They have such a special bond and understanding and i found it adorable.

    Cordy is the only one who can pick Angel up and make him smile again when he's feeling low. She can give him persepctive and make him feel better when no one else can.

    They are two opposites that attract amazingly well. Despite their vast differences, they fit together perfectly. They are like yin and yang yet it works brilliantly.

    They had amazing potential as a romantic pairing and were never given the chance they deserved by the PTB, which is a shame as they would make an amzing couple.

    I just love them no matter what!
 
Sawyer&Kate: amazing Chemistry, best scenes and just all around perfect for each other :in_love: i'll never forget them, i will always ship them and wish for a happy ending but cherish what we got :love:

Ross and Rachel aren't soulmates either but they are meant for each other! ;)
 
Lorelai and Luke, hands down. Not only are they my favorite couple on current television, they're my favorite couple of all-time! I just love them together and am so invested in this amazing duo.
 
I would also have to choose Sydney and Vaughn for exactly the reasons angelface211 stated. They have been through so much they deserve to be together. Plus they just look so cute together.
 
Well, if we're just picking from couples that DIDN'T end up together but we wanted to end up together then Buffy and Angel!. They are my second favorite ship and it's so sad that they never really ended up together on account of Buffy being "cookie dough" I'm like....alrighty then.

Anyways, a close second would be Veronica\Logan :love: they have so much potential.
