i shipped many couples and i still love so many but Max and Liz are the only couple that i really wanted to be endgame not just because i like them but because they deserved it and because without each other they were so miserable. They never had it easy they always had to fight for their love. I'm glad that in the end they won against everything that tried to keep them apart.

I agree with you about Buffy/Angel though. :nod: As much as I'd love for them to get their happy ending, to me what they had was enough, nothing else will compare.
Wouldn't trade my bbs Sawyer/Kate for anything (first because they're my OTP and second 'cause they were meant for each other in every way possible); but Jacob/Bella getting a chance wouldn't have been bad either. They didn't need to be endgame, but if they had at least got a shot together, that would've been awesome.

There was always something there. They started off hating each other; she was the spoiled bitch and he was the burnout. But honestly, I don't think they ever really hated each other. He was always there for here. At Prom, when Kelso was cheating. He told her that she'd find a great guy and she'll be happy, low and behold, it turns out it was him. They grew so much when they were together. She tried to be less materialistic, he made her think. And Jackie allowed Hyde to love openly. She was the first girl he said "I love you" to. She helped him with his real dad and helped him to see that he could be more than just a burnout. Besides the fact that T7S is a sitcom, their love seemed so real, it seemed more than just the "We'll put these two together for a good laugh" couple. They grew, they learned, and they loved each other. And what happened in the last season was so awful. So if I could pick one couple to be together and have their happily ever after, hands down it would be these two.

I don't know if they count, but Jamie & Landon fron A Walk to Remember, they did "end up together" but she died so I'd make it so she didn't.

If I had to pick just one it'd be Kara and Lee from Battlestar Galactica. They're completely in love with each other and they've been through so much angst, a happy ending would be more than well deserved :sigh: They're my ultimate OTP.

There's just something simply inevitable about these two. They complete each other perhaps more than any couple I've ever shipped. The chemistry is first-rate and you just know they are IT for each other. Every look and every touch and every word just screams "meant".

Buffy/Angel first come to mind since they are my ultimate OTP but then I think about Pacey/Joey who just should be together. Of course Buffy and Angel deserve to be together, believe me - they deserve it almost more than any other couple out there. But their story is so wonderfully written and crafted that you don't need "endgame" to supply their amazingness - it's already tragic and heartbreaking. It already transcends everything. Now with Pacey and Joey their story was built up into a story that needed an ending - it just wouldn't make sense if they didn't end up together. So if I had to choose it would be Pacey and Joey just because the whole series builds up until that finale with them on the couch They are my most prized couple ending up together, wouldn't trade it.

This is a very good topic and I would lie if I tell you that I haven't thought of the answer to that question for days. Very very hard question.
I have so many 'favourite couples' or shippings that I had a hard time making a list and trying to narrow it to only one.
To answer that question, I had to ask myself which couple I'd choose, even if that means that all the other couples I love will never be together (again). Which means that I had to remember which couple had me most involved, emotionnally speaking.
Therefore I will answer : Pacey and Joey from Dawson's Creek.
They're the definition of the word 'banter', and even when they were only struggling to be friends, I've thought that they had sparkling chemistry together. I love how they both bring the best in the other. At the end of the show, after all those years, it seemed perfectly natural for them that they were meant for each other.
Plus they have some of the best lines in TV history (from "I remember everything" to "I hope a deer tick crawled into your ear and laid eggs"
).

Truthfully, it'd be a RL couple, but I know some people find that creepy and it doesn't really count in regards to what this thread is about. But disregarding that couple, it would, without a doubt then, be Ron&Hermione.

Yay another Ally and Larry fan, I adored them and I think they would have been together if Robert had not had thsoe troubles, sigh.
My choice would be George and Izzie though. I adore both of them and want them to be happy and they are never happier than with each other, and they always make ME happy.
