I would have voting, but it would be like being issued a driver's license. You would have to every 3-4 years go in for testing about the current issues the media is talking about, current issues for you, knowledge of the candidates. The testing would also only be performed in the native language of the country. This way we could hopefully eliminate the uniformed voter. People would truly be voting on issues that they felt would help them and the country and not voting based on party/race/religion and all the other dumb reasons people vote.
