When you are at a higher altitude, the atmospheric pressure drops. When this occurs, the boiling point of water also drops. This means that the maximum temperature at which you can boil water drops.
Normally at sea level, your water will be boiling at 100 degrees celcius.
NOTE: I might be wrong, but this sounds like a homework assignment for science. I would put this question in a different category.
So what is the answer if you can only boil the eggs at a cooler temperature?
(lets say 90 degrees celcius).
