with their service? can you cancel your contract early without paying the ridiculous fees?
i have loads of problems which im trying to sort out instead of just cancelling the contract since obviously i have to pay them either way. however i cant get through to them on the numbers given to call them and looking online ive found hundreds of other people have the same problem and the lucky ones that do get through get no help at all.
im going to keep trying a bit longer, but i was wondering if their refusal to even attempt to sort problems would be grounds to cancel?
btwjust thought id point out-
one of the main problem im having is that i keep getting disconnected which quite often happens in the time it takes me to sign in and then keeps happening repeatedly but there is a bit in the contract saying there may be times i cant connect so i cant use that as grounds to cancel.
from what i understand all my other problems are covered in the contract too, but i didnt expect to actually have so many problems at the same time!
the service is just 100% and i dont think its fair that i have to pay so much and get so little in return.
i regularly have to take my laptop to peoples houses to get on the internet!
