If you buy a used car, would you buy from a dealer?

Sure if the car I wanted was at a good price. Sometimes if you intend to keep the car a very long time, then a new one ordered to your exact specs is a better choice. When you buy used, it's always a crap shoot b/c you just don't know how well the car was maintained.
 
If you have the cash buy from an owner. That way you don't have to finance the car. Plus less taxes.

There are advantages to buying from a dealer, but it is usually more expensive.
