If you buy a game on your phone, does the company charge you every time you play it?

I just bought tetris on my phone, (I'm on prepaid) and It was $7.00, so that came off my account balance, so I still had about $14.00 on it. Then I check the balance today and it's at negative $10.00. I've been playing tetris quite a lot, would it charge me every time I play it? Thanks.
