I wanted to try the 500cal diet, I knew it wud be imposible for me to stick to, so what I did is have 800 cals a day, and burn off 300 so its as if i had 500 cals a day. Will this suffice or even work? Will i still see weight loss? Or will all those calories still be stored no matter if i burned them off that day (I know it wont show right away)
