My old sidekick had water damage and I tried getting it replaced. They don't replace anything that has water damage with sucks. If you do want to get a new cell phone, it may cause you to pay the full price depending if you still have warranty on you current phone. If they do let you replace your phone, you're most likely getting the same phone you have now.
