...the time) is it rape? this is a stupid question, but you just turned 14 (at the time) is it considered rape if your under the influence and if someone who is 18 (at the time) has sex with you? b.t.w and you don't realize what's going on until various miuntes into the intercourse.
 
If you are under the influence so much that you are not consenting (and not realizing that you are having sex is really under the influence), then YES, this is RAPE!!! It doesn't matter the age! If you are so high or drunk that you cannot consent, then it is rape, even if you are both 25. (I'm not judging you about being under the influence...just saying that there's a difference between a buzz and being drunk).

Yes it very much is.Its definitely statutory rape. It sounds like either you were really under the influence alot or maybe even given the date rape drug in a drink..It happened to my friend. She was rohypnoled and said things were fuzzy like she was going in and out of what was happening consciously.
 
yes that is rape, even if you are not under that influence it is still statutory rape just based on the age difference, if that happened to you or someone you know, tell a trusted adult right away, it needs to be reported and the person needs to get checked out by a doctor.
 
well if the 14 year old says 'no' after a few minutes into it, and the 18 year old just carries on then yes its rape.
