...what if you have MicroDermals? If you are put into jail what do they do with microdermal piercings since that are not removable will they cut them out?
 
I would suggest not going to jail would be the best answer. I don't think they will be cutting them out though. That would be rather extensive and painful if they're going to be cutting or prying them out with clippers.

If they're permanently on your body they would remain there.
