I applied for FAFSA to go to a college and it went through but I ended up not going after all. And I was wondering if since it went through does that mean that the school is like holding a check that has that money for me or does it just like disappear and its like I never got it. The only reason I ask is because it was like $4000. Lol. All answers are appreciated.
if you apply for financial aid but dont go to college do you still get the money?
