I know one woman who works as many hours as the men and works as hard. As a result she has the full respect of the men and earns as much money.
I also know a mother of a young child who bores everyone with her constant chatter about the child and is gone spot on 5.00pm, so she can get home to look the her child. This woman took a year off work when she had the child. I also know another woman who walks slowly due to her high heels, is bitchy and does not fit into the team, takes 2+ days off sick a month and leaves spot on 5.00pm so she can go to the gym or fix her hair etc. Yet another woman has only worked two days a week for almost a year now due to her having a baby.
Please do not say that thes women are doing us a favor by having children, because they are not. It is cheaper and more efficient to bring over a fully qualified and physically fit immigrant.
