If we are a democracy, then why are our businesses dictatorships?
Of course it's obvious that we have the freedom to have our own business but it seems that they all end up the same. One head-honcho at the top and all the peons down the tree beneath him.
Our government has it's issues but it definitely is better than the other governments. It would seem like businesses would learn from that and try to "follow suit" giving each employee votes on all matters, including money. And give employees more freedoms. What do you think?
