If ur on informal probation and u are supposed to serve 45 days jail, but don't show...

...up; do they come looking? Or are you just srewed next time you get pulled over? Kinda stupid, I can't afford to go to jail..financially..

2 - Don't be an idiot....you'll be going to jail. And if you can't afford 45 days, you surely can't afford the additional time you'll get by not showing up.
3 - There's no way for us to know what the situation is with the department(s) in your area. So we can't say how soon they'll come looking for you.

- Had you obeyed the law, you wouldn't be in this situation....maybe next time you should think about (at the least) your financial situation before doing something stupid.

If they have the time and resources to come looking or not depends on where you live. However, if you fail to report then the probation goes away and you end up serving your entire sentence in jail instead.

Your short term financial fix will only make things worse for you... financially and legally.

Failure to report is a crime and you will be charged with that as well.
