If u have hcv and u take hcv medication, then on blood test show results of non hcv

person, less chance spread? Would you have less chances of spreading hcv if you take hcv medication, then on your blood test, you get the same results as if a non hcv infected person took that hcv test.

Basically It said you are clean from your hcv, even though there is no really state of being cured from hcv, but the test cant find any viruses of what ever, Is it still the same chances of spreading hcv?
