If u go to busch gardens in the day are u allowd at howl-o-scream at night?

cause i wanna go for my bf b-day and i wanna take him in the day and night causes hes never been to ether bush gardens or howl-o-scream so i wanna take him to both but idk if it works that way cause its there are different times howl-o-scream startes at 7:30 pm and busch gardens is open at 9:00am so idk if we can spend the day riden roller costers and the night with werewolves and it wont coust exstra so yea can some one help me out and is there and age limit for howl-o-scream
