wk later & get ur money back? I work at a restaurant as a server. One night I had a party of 8ppl. Once I put the # of people into the computer it automatically adds an 18% gratuity. Not only does it say on the menu, but I told them that it was added to the bill. One week later; one of the women at the table called my employer and said they knew it was on the menu but they were having fun dancing and drinking; and her husband paid the bill. Now she wants her money back!! So now I have to pay back to the restaurant...Is that fair??
