at home would u comply ? in a recent court case one brother had given evidence ,then court was adjourned before the other brother gave evidence . The brothers were then given a warning by the prosecutor fiscal that when they return home they could not discuss the case with each other as it was an offence because their case was still on going. I think this is pretty flimsy procedure and that anyone in this situation would probably discuss what went on in court if it helped strenghten their case.
