Yes they do without a doubt. Anything that could be considered sex means that you did have sex. Some people feel that it Oral Sex is even a form of real sex, I do disagree with that though.

well... some say that genitalia need to make contact ie vagina and penis, but then that could also imply the same for genitalia which is the same, i wouldn't personally say that having non penetrative sex ie toys/flesh counts as losing your virginity but i'd count it as losing your 'innocence'
