About the same, because you see, it was never about him being black or his wife white, it was about him being a squeaky-clean role model for ALL people...and his indiscretions let A LOT of people down.

yes, the wife was'nt the issue,
its the fact that he is possibly the most recognizable athlete in the world.
his wife could be asian, white, martian, klingon, or a guy and it would have gotten the same attention.
