cause of problem ? thanx? If theres a problem with any relay of a car, how to diagnose it & what could be the cause of problem (i think relays have two problems i.e. that get short or they get open, but how can we say to a faulty relay that either is it a short relay or an open relay. Can we say a relay short or open by inspection (viewing) ) ?

whats the procedure to diagnose it ? what things should be required ?
