We live in Florida, there is no court orders on file that states who has custody of his son. The only things on file is the paternity orders & child support orders. The child is 5 years old and has spent every other week (not weekend) with father & family since he was around 1. His mother is now moving to Kansas (approx 1300 miles away)The child says he doesn't want to go to mommy's new house. (It's a move due to military enlistment) Our heart are being ripped out because the mother wants this with her new husband but is not concerned with what it will do to the child who is very close with his father & grandparents.
