...be decided in court? There seems to be evidence that 500 years ago Edward 4th's claim to the throne was false as he was illegitimate - which makes he claim to the throne invalid and likewise that of the Tudors and the current monarchy. I wonder if the truly-legitimate current king of England or any of his descendants could take this to court and have a fair trail?

Henry VII mother was descended from John Beaufort 1st Earl of Somerset an illegitimate son of John of Gaunt in turn 3rd son of Edward 3rd.
 
Tony Robinson is talking absolute nonsense. Henry VII's claim to the throne did not come from Edward IV, who was merely his father-in-law. Henry's claim to the throne came from his mother, who was a direct descendent of King Edward III. Robinson is being very silly.
