If the valves in my car are damage, would my car have a cadillac arrest?

Will it need open spare-part surgery? This would brake my heart if there is no way of fixing it. Cam you steer me in the right direction for answers?
 
as long as you did not hit anyone i think wont be in any as above.but if its running always only in the right Direction then maybe you should be bringing the cadillac shop,to better give it a check.its not safe and maybe would cause you anytime a heart Attack.
