If The Simpsons had a spinoff...

Remeraber when they had a series about the young Indiana Jones? Same concept but put all the adults back in high school. They could develop storylines for characters like Artie Ziff and Chloe.
 
Grandpa and Jasper can be the new odd couple...or the old odd couple....or the new Laverne and Shirley. Yes, Laverne and Shirley. They can do that "Schemeel, Shamozle" thing that L&S used to do.
 
I heard Sarah Wiggum speak! It was in the episode about the town whorehouse. At the town meeting, a group trying to remove the house had a slideshow of guys leaving the house. They boxed out their eyes, but you could totally tell who the guys were :lol: Plus, as they would show a slide, someone in the crowd would yell out the guilty person's name. Sarah yelled out "CLANCY!"

A spin off of Granpda and the nursing home would be great though!! Old ppl are so funny :D
 
Before there was the series of Naked Gun movies, Leslie Nielsen had the same character in a short-lived series called Police Squad. I can see Chief Wiggum, Eddie and Lou parodying that series.
 
I actually kicked around a "Lenny and Carl" spinoff idea before I came up with my "Maggie and Eric" (do all my ideas have "and" in them?) spinoff. Anyway, the premise was:

Former Power Plant employees, Lenny and Carl, pool their meager savings and move to Capital City and rent a modest apartment, take up jobs at the Regional HQ of the growing XL Corp in the accounting division, and try to reclaim of their fading youth by dressing up fifteen years younger than their ages and try to be smooth to win over the ladies.

It would've been this generations "Odd Couple".

I would love to see a spinoff with Kang and Kodos. Anyone that has seen every Treehouse of Horror episode like myself know that those two are funny as hell.
 
They never really focus on Sarah (Chief Wiggum's wife) I wonder how she is? :lol: She's is probably like them :lol:

It would be cool to see a Lenny and Carl spinoff, or a Mr. Burns and Smithers, with Mr. Burns living with Smithers :lmao:
