No, at&t will throw on all sorts of crapware and will likely remove the ability to tether and run java apps.

Actually, Sony has an app/music/video-store called PlayNow. It should be live next month for when the Xperia X10 launches on AT&T. SE is aggressively trying to take back the market share they lost in the past 2 years, expect big things from them, I know I am.

The Vivaz Pro would be my choice between the 2 for physical QWERTY but it's still a FUGLY looking phone IMO...

More than likely being tested and released with the 1.6 firmware. Don't even think SE has finished the 2.0 software; I'd assume at&t would release it at the end of this year or early next year if they do bother with it.

The Vivaz is a dead-end device, and it will almost certainly have ugly AT&T logos all over it.
