If the officer/ADA doesn't bring results of blood analysis, can ticket be dismissed?

If the officer and/or ADA does NOT have the results of your blood alcohol being taken from the night of the arrest, can you ask that the ticket be dismissed because they have no proof to submit on that ticket?
