If the N76 is less then 500 USD, I'm getting it.

When I first played around with this phone at CES, I really didn't like the way they designed the flip. It didn't make a satisfying "click" when it closed and opened. Well a just played around with a production model today and this has been fixed. And from what I hear, there's a good chance this phone will be released this week. If it goes for around the same price as the E65, I'm getting it.

I wanted the N75 for N.A. 3G, but have given up on that phone.

I would ALMOST be with you since I'm desperately looking for a new phone for the float period until the N95 comes out, but the battery specifications are killing me. I understand it's a much thinner phone so a bigger battery couldn't fit, but 700mAh? C'mon!

I charge frequently as well but phones like the N80 or Nokia 8801 are scary bad. I've burned through both of the 500mah batteries in a day with my 8801. 700mah batteries on a smart phone is even more frightening! The 1500mah battery in he E61 is the same battery my 770 internet tablet used. In the tablet the battery would literally last me a week or more if I surfed the web an hour a night or so. It was simply amazing and small enough to fit the N95. I can understand a phone like the N76 not getting as much juice but some of the others...
...anyway, I showed my wife a clip of someone using the N76...(i think stefan fom ringN) and she really wants one.

Did you guys see the one where they run over it with a stretched Hummer limo?

Yes, I know Darla posts on this site, but I don't know if it was already posted here.

lol...i've spent my life not giving a f what other people think! I'll take it as a nice back up any day of the week!..although it's probably going to be a little too expensive as a back up. But then again, my N95 is going to be my back up phone to my E90!...or vice versa. Not sure yet.

Do you think Razr users would even know the difference? Someone who works with me is hyping his Moto i880 (or something like that) because it has the ability to play mp3's and shoots video. I tried to explain to him the specs on the N95 and his response was "but mine has an mp3 player too"

the guy has no clue that his phone can just now do things that our old 6230s could do a couple of years ago...if he really knew what was out there he wouldnt touch his i880...or a moto period -

He's kind of tied into nexthell so I guess he's got no other choice but I think he's a prime example of why Nokia doesnt give a damn about the US market. Most Americans think a phone is only limited to taking marginal pictures and choppy videos. He's content with a vga or 1.3 camera and 5fps video. What's funny is that most Americans I see are always using the media features on their phones. Pictures, video, web surfing(wap), gaming....it would seem to me that the US is still a viable market for Nokia but they need to educate them. The razr "back in black" commercial is the single greatest cellphone commercial i've ever seen. Bold, cocky, and in your face. Nokias response was some stupid girl sitting on a bed deleting her ex's phone number..woohoo..wow...Now you've got that blackjack commercial which is just as captivating to the uneducated masses. Just wait and see what the "i" monster puts out! People are going to forever associate Nokia with entry level phones after that thing rolls into town.
