It is kind of like the reporting of 45 million uninsured which has been from 8 millions early in the campaign to a high of 50 million. The minute that one person comes off the unemployment rolls it is reported as a drop of great magnitude but as soon as people go back to work and get insured they remain as part of the fictitious numbers.
