If the law is so keen to stop people looking at "Dirty Pictures" why doesn't it...

...stop people putting them up? I would have thought that the people who are most to blame are the people who supply them.
But you never hear about THEM being thrown in the slammer.
Some of these people who get done are more "Pitiful" than anything else.
I'm not condoning looking at "Dirty pictures" but surely there's a world of difference between a "Dirty Old Man" and some Hard-core Profiteer?
Hey Red
There's a vicar on Yahoo news
this is responsible for my question
Hi Red
http://uk.news.yahoo.com/pressass/20080925/tuk-vicar-jailed-over-child-porn-crimes-6323e80.html
Admittedly the DOM was also taking pics

I don't know where you're from. But there's no law's here banning me from lookng at dirty pictures, unless of course it's child porno, rape, or something obvious like that. And they do charge the posters of child porn....they go to jail, and learn what justice is.

Because it is every American's right to put up pornographic images. If there was a criteria about how the were aloud to put them up, no one would EVER be allowed to put them up.

Free speech is a b*tch ain't it?

If you don't like it, move to Iran, China, or some other f_cked up country that hates free speech...

You can go join the thought police there.
