If the govt is going to mandate health insurance then they must mandate?

that nobody do anything harmful to themselves, such as:

drinking
druging
smoking
eating fattening foods
playing sports
driving cars
swimming in the ocean
working at the post office
having a gun
eating nuts
having unprotected sex
sitting on the couch too long
gambling
walking in the park after dark
getting a tatoo
getting an X-Ray or visiting a hospital
tavelling abroad

etc...

Would LiBS sign up for this?
