it in europe? The same for other famous cars
trans am
camero
gto
charger
and what not
Wait a sec.. i know all about fuel prices in europe, but there are plenty of bmw's porch's and mercides' those are not fuel efficent cars, what gives?

Short answer: Ever tried parking in London or Paris. All of the cars you mentioned are relatively big. Secondly safety standards make it difficult and expensive to re engineer cars for sale in other countries. When BMW or Mercedes builds a car they are built from the onset with various countries safety standards in mind. GM and Ford back in the day(mustang, gto, charger times) saved the best cars for the domestic market, because the US was their main customer base. also the were to big for European streets.

all of the car you name they stop making and really id bet you could find a mustang there thing is unlike here to sell one of out cars over seas the price triples and really i bet the other guy if he was to do a littl etest and drive by a few shops to see how many chevy there to get work on he would see few fords i work at a shop i see whats there being work on dont see many ford in the shop as any other

Too costly to run and they don't meet the local regs. Petrol in europe is 3 to 4 times more expensive than the US. Most cars are under 1.5 litres (93 cu in)

American cars are very old fashioned and ineffecient

Europe has much better quality cars with more performance.

For example, Europe has the Ford Focus that we will get in 2012.
They had the new VW GTI 3 years before it came out in America in 2006.

They get everything first. They are ahead.

Sending a Mustang or TransAm or Camaro would be like selling an old car for a new price. To Europeans, the car would be outdated in features and design inside and out.

Also, Europe has a lot more fuel efficient cars and much more expensive fuel than America.

Buying an American Muscle car in Europe is not a smart idea, especially since there are lots of other cars that are faster in Europe.
