The father of my son is ignoring me. I only asked him for 80 to help me get things for the baby. Now when I call he dont answer and when I text he might text back. Now his phone is off and I emailed him but I take it he is still ignoring me. So I'm tired of not having things I need because I put my son needs before my own and get his things first. I know the father is not going want to go to court so will we have to go if he dont want a DNA test?

Yes and if he dose not go then they will put him in jail and get it that way, so if he dose not want to go to jail then he better go . it is not hard . it is just a swab .

Contact Family services and request Child support. They will force him to go to court or go to jail. He'll have the choice of taking the paternity test or they will automatically name him as the father. His support will be set at roughly 17% of his net pay plus any arrears.Child support will be deducted from his paycheck.Only way for him to get out of it is to quit his job but if he does that,he'll go to jail for contempt of court.

You need to file a child support claim against him. And of he denies the child is his, the court will make him get a paternity test and he will have to pay for it.
