...logs/history? I've done something extraordinarily stupid. Frustrated with being ignored by a person who owes me a significant amount of money, and trying to avoid cost of handling issue through proper legal channels, I have tried to make myself a thorn in the deadbeats side. As a result, there is now a protective order/restraining order that prohibits me from making any contact with this person and well....stupidly...I've made 3-4 calls (post restraining order)to the "protected" person and am told (by police detective) that my phone records have been subpoenaed. Am hoping the detective has only subpoenaed my AT&T records, but he could be aware of my Skype account. I've denied making the calls, but believe I should come clean ASAP if the truth of the matter is going to come out anyway. Though I think I already know that Skype WILL in fact hand over my call history if subpoenaed by law enforcment to do so, I'm hoping someone can confirm this or otherwise.. ??
