retroact broken treaties? Th US Government has illegally and unconstitutionally ignored treaties made with native Americans since the 1800's. Will a judge with ethnic background advance the intentionally dismantled cases that have been up for review since they were breached. In doing so this would set precedent in RETURNING illegally seized lands including most of the Grand Canyon, Mt Rushmore, Devils Tower, and a large section of Georgia to list a few. How can America refuse to respect treaties within its own borders and at the same time expect "terrorist" states/countries to honor those we wish to present. Obama has pledged to pay special interest to the NA people and their "constitutional rights?" Interestingly enough is the fact that these tribes are recognized as Sovereign nations in short they are separate countries/states w/governments(though military power is not their directive). So the question is should these people be duped or should they possess what is legally theirs. Can America dictate a policy internationally when it doesn't live up to the same domestically?
