if something bad comes up in any test will the doctor call me or no?

i just got all my blood work done and test done and idk kinda worried if something is wrong, but i think its just all in my head.will my doctor call me or wait till my next appointment?

if something bad or abnormal is found, you will be called.
they usually don't call when things are fine.

Depends. If this is your first pregnancy, or you have had others that didn't have any problems they probably won't call unless something is wrong. I just had a miscarriage in July, so my doctor is calling me Monday to keep me informed, but last time she did not call, because everything was normal at the time, and there was no reason for concern.

My doctor told me for all of my tests, expect for down syndrome, that if they DONT call everything is FINE

The down syndrome test is the only test they will call you to tell you if the test was pos or neg.

All tests, if they call, well be called in 7 business days

Assume no news is good news. Generally speaking a call from the doctor's office after any kind of test is done is bad news. And if they call you in to discuss the results then its definitely bad news.

So if its been 48 hours and you heard nothing, its all good. Go relax.
