Do US Air Force computer engineers get their education at AFIT, a civilian college, or something else? Also can you become an officer in the USAF with just a normal diploma or would you need an advance diploma (high school). And if you wanted to work for a civilian computer company, after the Air Force, what is the minimum number of years you must serve in the Air Force after you get your education. Answers appreciated

you goto A-School (IT school) that is part of the "Military", not a regular university or a college..You can only be officer if you go in ROTC program in college and take required courses to be an officer. You need more then a high school diploma to become an officer. You need to receive at least a bachleors degree in computer tech to actually get a real good job in the civilian life. With the economy like this, you will need 10+ years in USAF of education to even get a job. Good Luck
