If someone likes to say "that's so weird" & they interrupt you before you're even done..

...talking, does that? does that mean they want you to shut up and they aren't really even paying attention to you?

Like for example, you say

"Yesterday I went to the...."

and your friend says

"that's so weird" before you're even done telling the story and they talk about something else.

Does this mean they want you to shut up and maybe they don't like you?
